CondoAuthority.com was created to help buyers search for the perfect new condominium community in Washington & Baltimore.  We track the status of every new condo community from the initial planning phase throughout the sales process.  Instead of only posting a listing for the communities that pay to be on our website, we research and list every new condo community for free providing information on pricing, location, and a link to the project’s website.

How It Works

At CondoAuthority.com we like to keep things simple.  That's why we have 3 easy ways to search on the homepage as well as the more advanced property search.  When you do a search you'll notice there are two types of property listings:

1.  Premium Listings.  These listings are enhanced with the developer's consent to include photos, floor plans, etc. and a direct contact option allowing you to contact the sales office for the property directly.

2.  Basic Listings.  These listings are researched by us and posted so you know everything that's out there.  We don't post any photos, but we provide the basic info you need and a link to the project's website so you can learn more and/or contact the sales office.

Who We Are NOT

CondoAuthority.com is not a real estate brokerage or sales company.  We won't be calling you about showing a listing.  So, rest assured, when you fill out a contact form for a premium property you will only hear from the sales people for that particular property, not from us.  If you want to learn more about advertising on our website click here.
