Instead of cluttering our website with dozens of advertisements that distract visitors, CondoAuthority.com offers developers of condo communities the opportunity to advertise more effectively – at a very low rate.  Developers can upgrade the basic listing provided free to an enhanced listing for a low monthly fee.  This fee includes priority search result placement and a detailed listing page with additional community information, floor plans, gallery photos, printable brochure, and virtual tour/video.  Most importantly prospects can complete a quick contact form and submit an email directly to the on-site sales agent of the community.  Prospect information is forwarded to the on-site agent(s) instantly via email allowing for a quick response.

CondoAuthority.com will also post events related to new condo communities at no additional charge.

Featured Homes - $100 per month (For Premium Listings only)

CondoAuthority.com offers developers the option of including one or more of their communities in a prominent featured homes advertising block on our homepage.  This option is offered to a few projects at a time to keep it affordable, but the website only displays one listing per user per session to maintain a feeling of exclusivity – no steady rotation of 10 properties diminishing the importance of yours.

Participation in the featured homes section includes an image of the clients choosing, tagline or text promoting a special offer, and a link to the property details page.

Banner Ad on Homepage – Bid Through Google Adwords!
