The condominium portion of the project was shelved indefinitely in early 2009 as the developers determined demand was not strong enough to justify building the condos. H & S Properties now plans to complete the Four Seasons Hotel along with a marketing and sales center on the top floor and then gauge market conditions. Delivery was originally intended for 2010, now construction of the condos will not begin until 2011 at the earliest.
