"Midtown Bethesda North is known for its amenities and location," said Brenda Moreno, an agent with McWilliams|Ballard handling the property sales. "Our rooftop pool is stunning and the 20th floor Sky box is great for entertaining. Parking
One above grade garage parking space is included with the price of every unit and a second space can be purchased for $40,000. If space for two cars is a must and an additional $40,000 is out of the question a mechanical lift might be a better option. Available for $15,000 the lift allows two cars to fit in one space and is secured with a key and remote control. It takes about 20 seconds to complete the process of lifting or lowering a car into place and there is enough space for two SUVs according the sales agents.
