Asking rents are as follows according to the property's website:

  • One Bedroom/One Bath from $1,550
  • Two Bedroom/One Bath from $1,825
  • Two Bedroom/Two Bath from $2,000
  • Three Bedroom/Two Bath from $2,550

Update: The Baltimore Business Journal reported that CBRE Realty Finance, Triton's lender on the Monterery and another failed condo conversion in Baltimore County, has sued Triton's Brian McCormick and Charles W. Moore for $15 million.  Click here for the BBJ article.
